• Our standard production lead time is 3 working day upon you received the acknowledgement e-mail from us which inform you that your files are ready to send for printing.
• Double-sided can be done but kindly note that the back panels curl line will not be perfect curl. Center part of each panel may dent in.
• Kindly avoid logos or texts on the first and last panel (Semi-Curve Panel at 2 sides) as half of the panel will curl backwards.
• Once the print is ready, our OTS (Order Tracking System) will automatically send you an e-mail on the status of your print.
• Due to a certain circumstance or system error or handwork error, collection time might be delayed, status updates will be provided.
